  1. Usability
    1. What new skills are required of the end-user?
    2. How similar is the application to other existing campus solutions?
    3. Is it something the end-user can operate independently, or will it require intervention from others?
    4. Is the interface intutitive?
  2. Administration
    1. What is required to run the software?
      1. Server
      2. Local/desktop computer
    2. What unit(s) would this software affect support-wise? (TAC, IS&T, I-TAP, Server Admins)
  3. Support
    1. Is there online support, i.e. tutorials, manuals, discussion boards, online chat with support personnel, etc.
    2. Does the software come with manuals?
    3. Does the software come with tutorials?
    4. Can you purchase optional support materials/services?
    5. Would we (Ferris) need to provide training/support?
  4. Compatibility
    1. Can you use the software on Windows and Mac computers?
      1. If not, what platform do you need?
    2. Does the software work with any software packages we currently own at Ferris?
    3. Does the software work with software that Ferris currently supports?
