Manage Course Settings

Tool Settings can be found under both the Build or Teach tabs. Select "Manage Course" under Instructor or Designer Tools, click on the "Settings" link.
Discussions Tool: Allows Teaching Assistants to delete topics and messages, or grade topics (allowed by default). Blogs and Journals may be enabled, as well as Peer Review (disabled by default).
Web Links: By default, only designers can create Web Links. Other roles may be permitted by changing the settings (Instructors, Teaching Assistants, and Students).
