Instructor Station

Each podium/instructor station typically contains the following hardware:

  • 1 PC/MAC
  • 1 monitor (or a Smart Sympodium w/ a stylus)
  • 1 mouse (and possibly a rechargable wireless (Gyro Mouse)
  • 1 projector with a remote
  • A place to plug in a USB drive



The computer maybe hooked up to or have the capabilities to some of the following:

  • Document Camera
  • External VHS/DVD player (the computer will have the ability to play DVDs)
  • A port to hook up your university owned laptop
  • CPS Gen2 RF receiver
